Improvements are being made to the building to make way for new retail space and for new corporate tenants.

Updates of the Exterior Plaza Perimeter
We are renovating the exterior plaza perimeter. These renovations will be 90% complete by January 1st
Instillation of an ADA Ramp
We are installing an ADA ramp with access to Nassau and Cedar Street.
 
Building Systems Improvements
A new cooling system was installed to create a more comfortable work environment for our tenants. 
60th Floor Renovation
The 60th floor of the building is being renovated to include a bar and restaurant as well as a meeting space venue. These renovations are expected to be completed by the end of Q2
Modernization of the F Elevator Bank
We are modernizing the F elevator bank by: adding new finishes, installing new controls, and installing Elite PI Screens. These modernizations will increase the efficiency and reliability of the F Elevator Bank
